Horse Boarding Units - Monthly Rates

Partially covered Pipe Stall (16' x 36'):  $385​​
  Daily stall cleaning (except Sun) is available for an additional fee:
    - Jose:  949-903-8298  ($50 - $65 depending on whether you want cleaning only/shavings/stall size, etc.)
    - Tavo:  $50 - $55 (always somewhere on the property)

Enclosed Box Stall with Pipe Run (16' x 36'):  $400

"The Hilton Barn" - 6 stall lighted breezeway barn with roomy 16x16 enclosed stalls and large attached pipe runs.  Each stall has rubber mats, automatic waterers, automatic fly control spray system, and half doors.  Stalls are bedded with premium quality wood shavings and cleaned daily (except Sun).  Access to Hilton only wash rack, cross tie, bullpen, hot walker, shared tack rooms, and pasture turnout:  $635
